Individual Fundraising

All funds that each student raises through fundraising initiatives go toward the student's own fundraising account to be used for music trips and camps.

Individual student fundraising totals are
emailed in December and April of each year.

Event Fundraising
​
The Music Boosters run fundraising raffles, silent auctions and snack sales at the annual Jazz Cabaret. These funds allow the Music Boosters to pay for scholarships to music camp, clinicians to work with the students and other items that the music program may need.
Welcome to the Final Fundraisers for 2020! Every year we fundraise to help families offset the costs of the yearly music programs. All profits are recorded per student, so your fundraising directly goes towards their spring music trip!
Important notes:

Order forms are available from Mr. Monson, Ms. Roscoe and, Mr. Erickson or from the Glenlawn Music Boosters website.

Turn all completed order forms with payment to Mr. Monson or Ms. Roscoe by the stated deadline - early submissions are encouraged!

Payments may be either as cash or cheque (made payable to “Glenlawn Collegiate Music Boosters”)

Make sure the student’s name and grade are clearly labeled on all order forms to ensure their account is properly credited.

M & M meat shops

Earn 20% profit on each item purchased!

There is a great selection of items offered by M & M’s.

All items are the same price as they sell in store, you will be able to pick up your items at the store, at your convenience. Pick up times TBA.

Online ordering how-to guide: Go to momspantry.ca, add items to your cart and check out using the following unique Glenlawn Collegiate Music Boosters numbers:
ORDER NUMBER: 306118 GROUP PASSCODE: 31658
At checkout you will be prompted to enter Seller Info. The Seller is the student that will receive credit for your purchase. Be sure to add the student’s grade in brackets after their first name (e.g. Bugs (10) Bunny). The Seller Info MUST be entered for the student to receive credit. Share these simple steps with friends and family placing orders. Pay by credit card at the time of ordering.
PAPER ORDERS: For those of you who prefer the Blue Order forms, a small number are available from the music teachers.
New this year: is a paper form (PDF) that is included with this email. You can print it out and use it as a template for on-line ordering or submit it as a paper order with payment. We have also included a copy of the catalog for ordering ease.
