About Us
MISSION
The GCMB supports the music program as part of the Fine Arts program at the school. It is a volunteer association made up of parents committed to enhancing our students’ music education. The GCMB encourages students to participate in the music program and promotes the value of the Glenlawn Collegiate music program in the community.
GOALS
The GCMB will provide opportunities for students who are members of the music program to raise funds to assist them financially in attending music competitions, festivals, and workshops. The GCMB may also assist directors and students of music programs by providing bursary and/or scholarships and financial assistance as deemed necessary to enhance/improve the music program. The GCMB will act as a liaison with music program parent groups from feeder schools that direct students into the music programs at Glenlawn Collegiate.
